⚠ DRAFT — nothing has been sent or scheduled. Per AIM workflow, the runner only prepares copy/assets/segment/timing.
The actual send & scheduling stay with the fewpips team after Nick's sign-off. This page is an internal preview only
(noindex). See the Confirm before send block at the bottom.
Campaign: September 2026 “Gold Rush” (public track)
Send type: mass announcement
Target open: Tue Sep 1, 09:00 ET
Source of truth: Fewpips Promo Plan — September 2026 (v2), Sep 1–20 locked/approved. This email is the public
launch announcement, timed to the same moment as the Discord LIVE OPENING and the main mass send-out Veljko referenced
(journal msg #625). The private “Grubstake” track is deliberately excluded — it is internal, invite-only and never
announced publicly.

September at fewpips
The Gold Rush is on.
One month. Weekly deals, four live draws, and a $100k finale.
The mine is open. For the whole of September, every week brings a new way to strike — and every order you place, on any day, earns entries into the draws.
It starts today with Claim Week, and it’s the fastest gold on the calendar:
Spend $200+ and take a FREE account
Your choice: a $10k Instant CFD or a $30k Futures Instant account — on any single order of $200 or more.
Code: CLAIM200
Claim Week runs Sep 1–4 only. When it closes, the free-account claim does not come back.
Then, Thursday night — Motherlode Draw #1: one $50k Instant CFD (or $60k Futures) drawn LIVE from this week’s buyers.
The month ahead
- Sep 1–4 — Claim Week: spend $200+, take a free account.
- Sep 7–11 — Strike Week: Buy 1 Get 1 free on all sizes (Buy 1 Get 2 on $50k+).
- Sep 14–18 — Prospector Week: no discount, but every order = 2× draw entries.
- Sep 21–25 — The Motherlode: B1G1 free + 25% off — the richest deal of the Rush.
- Sep 28–30 — The Last Strike: 72 hours, pick any deal of the month.
Four live Motherlode draws along the way — and every order all month earns entries into the $100k Grand Nugget, drawn LIVE on Sep 30.
Grab a pick and get to work. The gold’s not going to mine itself.

2 · Subject lines & preheader
Subject line options (A/B pick 2)
301. The Gold Rush is on 🪙
462. Spend $200, take a free account (this week only)
333. September just got a lot richer
414. Claim Week is open — your free account inside
385. 4 days. One code. A free account. 🪙
Recommend testing #2 (offer-forward) vs #1 (theme-forward). Keep one emoji max; avoid all-caps and “FREE” in the first word to protect deliverability.
Preheader options
- Claim Week is live: any $200+ order = a free $10k CFD or $30k Futures account. Code CLAIM200.
- The mine’s open for September — weekly deals, live draws, and a $100k finale.
3 · Recipient segment
| Send to | Full opted-in marketing database — all subscribers & registered traders (this is the public mass announcement). |
| Suppress | Hard bounces, unsubscribes/complaints, and anyone flagged do-not-mail. Standard list hygiene. |
| Do NOT include | Any Grubstake / private-track logic. The Grubstake reaches its own gated segments through its own sends — it must never appear in this public email. |
| Optional | If the ESP supports it, a light send-time split (region-aware) so more of the list lands near local morning — but keep the headline moment at 09:00 ET to match the Discord opening. |
4 · Assets needed
- Hero image — “The Gold Rush” September key visual (gold/mine theme, fewpips mascot if an approved asset is supplied). ~600px wide, <200KB.
- Claim Week offer graphic — “$200+ = free account” with code CLAIM200 (reuse the Discord opening creative for consistency).
- Month-map strip (optional) — the 5-week calendar as a single image for skimmers.
- Landing / checkout URL for the CTA (Claim Week page), plus browser-view & unsubscribe links.
No mascot file was attached to this task — if the mascot is wanted in the hero, supply the official asset, otherwise the design ships text/theme-only.
5 · Send timing & coordination
| Anchor | Tue Sep 1, 09:00 ET — same moment as the plan’s LIVE OPENING on Discord (“The Rush is on”) and the main announcement mass send. |
| Sequence | Recommend: Discord opening + email hit together at 09:00 ET so the announcement lands as one coordinated moment across channels. |
| Guardrail | Claim Week / CLAIM200 is time-boxed to Sep 1–4 23:59 ET. The email must go on Sep 1 to give the full window — a slipped send shortens the offer. |
| Code hygiene | Per the plan: one code per window, never reissued. CLAIM200 must fail loudly at checkout after Sep 4. |
Note: today is Aug 27 — a Sep 1 send is ~5 days out. Assets + ESP build should be finalised by Fri Aug 29 to allow a proof/test-send and Nick’s final approval before the weekend.
6 · Compliance / copy checks
- Brand: “fewpips” — always lowercase p. ✓
- Verified offers pulled verbatim from the approved plan (CLAIM200 $200+ free $10k CFD/$30k Futures; Draw #1 $50k CFD/$60k Futures; $100k Grand Nugget Sep 30). No invented figures.
- Refund wording: “fully refundable within 48 hours” (matches the live site correction). ✓
- Grubstake excluded entirely — internal / never public. ✓
- Deliverability: risk disclosure + unsubscribe in footer; avoid spam-trigger phrasing/all-caps in subject.
✅ Confirm before send (Nick + Veljko)
The runner does not send or schedule. Please confirm the following, then the fewpips team schedules/sends:
- Copy — approve the email body + one subject line (+ preheader).
- Segment — confirm “full opted-in database” is the intended reach for this mass send.
- Timing — confirm Tue Sep 1, 09:00 ET, coordinated with the Discord opening / main mass send.
- Links — provide the live Claim Week landing/checkout URL for the CTA.
- Assets — supply hero image (and mascot file if it should appear).
On sign-off, AIM will report back here when it is scheduled/sent (per the task ask).
